SALARY:        $36,430.00 ( or determined based on qualifications)
 

The City of St. Ann is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Street Maintenance Worker 1


JOB DESCRIPTION:

MUST BE 18 TO APPLY.  This position will perform maintenance and construction of City infrastructure, recreational facilities, park grounds, and buildings. Other duties include, but are not limited to, repairs on City streets, curbs, sidewalks, parking lots, drainage systems including culverts and ditches, park grounds, operating light to heavy equipment, mowing grass, tree & grass trimming, brush removal and on-call snow/ice removal.  Performs other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in public works, construction, or related
field required. All applicants must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.  Ability to cooperate with supervisors and co-workers, follow instructions and carry out assignments with minimal supervision. Requires stable education and work history.
