St. Ann is a suburban community of nearly 14,000 residents located in northwest St. Louis County Missouri. The city offers a wide variety of municipal services with low residential tax burden. The city has one of most expansive parks systems in the area. Additionally, the city is served by two outstanding public school districts, Pattonville and Ritenour.

Redevelopment
As a mature community, the city has and will continue to focus heavily on redevelopment efforts. The city released a Request for Redevelopment Proposals (RFP) for a 229-acre site directly adjacent to Lambert St. Louis International Airport. Additionally, in November of 2005, city residents approved a 1/2 cent Economic Development Sales Tax to further economic development projects within the city. The Board of Aldermen has adopted a plan for putting these funds to use.
