Water Aerobics

Adult Water Aerobics is a dynamic session that begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by cardio exercises engaging both lower and upper body. This focuses on strength training using water weights to tone and strengthen muscles. This class is great for all levels.


Senior Water Aerobics begins with a thorough warm-up followed by lower and upper body stretches.  Engage in low impact strength training using water weights to build muscle tone and endurance.  Refresh your mind and body in the pool.


Adult Water Aerobics is on Monday/Wednesday from 8:15-9:00am

Senior Water Aerobics is on Tuesday/Thursday from 8:15-9:00am

 

Admission Costs:

     Daily Resident - $10 

     Daily Non-Resident - $12
