YOGA

A fun , easy way to manage stress while getting in shape! This course will help you learn simple stretching exercises to increase muscle tone and joint flexibilty as well as create a sense of balance of body, mind & self. SENIOR FITNESS CLASS

Every Tuesday & Thursday morning from 10:30-11:30a with Joan. This is a co-ed physical fitness class to help increase cardiovascular strength, physical and mental well being. 

        Fee (per class): 

        Residents $2.50

        Non-Residents $3.50
