Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the City of St. Ann will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.

Anyone who believes they have been denied or limited in service, programs, or activities is asked to contact the City of St. Ann's ADA Coordinator, Jim Stegman. Read through the following additional ADA information online:
