The City of St. Ann, Missouri is accepting applications for the position of Director of Recreation. Current Director is retiring after 38 years with the City. This position is responsible for directing the management, operation and programming of the City’s
Recreation System consisting of a recently renovated community center, 9-hole golf course. The City is in the process of building a new outdoor aquatic center. This position reports to and is supervised by the City Administrator. The position supervises all recreation staff and works closely with the City Administrator and other city staff. (The City’s Parks are maintained by the Department of Public Services.) A Bachelor's Degree in Parks and Recreation or a closely related field is required along with at least three years of management level recreation programing/management experience.
The City offers a competitive benefits package with starting salary range of $75,000 – $80,000 Annually DOQ.
