St. Ann Government operates as a "Fourth Class" city under the Missouri State Statutes with a Mayor and ten member Board of Aldermen elected to represent the residents of the City.  Additionally, residents elect a Marshall\Collector.  Marshall\Collector also serves as the Chief of Police.
