Do I need an occupancy permit?

Once the City receives the passed inspection from St. Louis County, the tenant or new owner can come to City Hall to fill out their occupancy permit application.  Inspections are good for 120 days as long as no one moves in/out of the property.  The fee for an occupancy permit is $30.00.  You will be asked to fill out an application listing everyone that will be residing in the property.  (Including all children)  We do require valid photo ID's of all occupants that are 16 years of age and older.

Please contact City Hall (314)-427-8009 if you have any questions.
