· A current and unpaid gas or electric bill showing your name and address on the bill, or an occupancy permit from St. Ann City Hall. These are the only utility bills that show proof of ‘St. Ann Municipal Tax’, no other utility bill is accepted.
A copy of your occupancy permit can be obtained by visiting city hall with your photo ID.
