SENIOR WATER  EXERCISE
Water is a great way to increase your mobility. This class includes a little aerobics, wall exercises, use of hand buoys and water noodles.  Swimming is not required.  Great for knee replacements, arthritis, injuries & sore/tight muscles.  Instructor: Zach Costello(20 Max)

WATER AEROBICS

Aerobics can improve your health by helping you lose weight, firm and tone muscles without the strain of floor exercises.  Improve your Cardio while having fun.  (20 Max)  Instructors: Arin Davies Tue & Thurs.

  • If for any reason you can not make a class, you can NOT take an alternate class to make up for your absence. 
  • You may not use the hot tub before or after class for a maximum of 15 minutes. 
  • You may NOT enter the pool without an instructor present. 

PROPER SWIM ATTIRE REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES:


  • Swimsuit required: (Underwear is not considered lining) 
  • Appropriate body coverage must be maintained at all times. 
  • No cut-offs, shorts, biker shorts or nylon basketball shorts etc. 
  • No leotards or workout suits.
  • Water shoes only if they have not been worn as street shoes.
