YOGA

A fun, easy way to manage stress while getting in shape! GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

In this aerobic/boot camp style class, you will utilize your own body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a stepper to perform full body exercises. It will improve your health strength, range of motion, flexibility, etc. There are modifications for every exercise, no matter what shape you are in, this class is designed for you. SENIOR FITNESS CLASS

Every Tuesday morning from 10:30-11:30am with Norma & Thursday mornings from 10:30-11:30am with Joan. This is a co-ed physical fitness class to help increase cardiovascular strength, physical and mental well being.

Karate is a good activity aiding children to learn discipline, respect for parents and teachers, self confidence and physical coordination. The belt system sets challenging but achievable goals.
